- Personal Details – Name, Employee ID, Department, Email ID, and Contact Number.
- Location Information – Captured at the time of marking attendance to confirm presence at designated work sites or offices.
- Device Details – Device ID, model, operating system version, and App version (for functionality and troubleshooting).
- Camera and Storage Access – Used only for attendance selfies or profile photos; stored securely and used exclusively for attendance verification.
- Usage Logs – Login time, attendance status, and system activity for improving reliability and support.
2. Purpose of Information Use
Your data is used only for:
- Recording and verifying attendance.
- Processing payroll and HR records.
- Tracking location check-ins (for site-based attendance).
- Resolving technical issues and enhancing the App.
- Ensuring system integrity, compliance, and internal audits.
3. Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored on secure company servers or authorized cloud providers.
- Access is strictly limited to HR and authorized IT administrators.
- We apply strong encryption, firewalls, and security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

Eurus Helios does not sell, rent, or trade employee data.
Information may be shared only:
- With internal HR and payroll teams for operational purposes.

Attendance and related data are retained only as long as necessary for HR, compliance, and statutory purposes, or as required by law. After that, data is securely deleted.
